How did you end up at The City POS?: I had been working in the hospitality industry focused on food and beverage. I was always the one fixing equipment and knowing how to resolve technical issues. When the Technical Support position opened up at The City POS three years ago, I knew it would be the perfect opportunity to take my passion for technology and blend it with my restaurant experience.
What do you most enjoy about working at The City POS? I love the people. Everyone is incredibly easy going and fun and we just all get along. Since I interface with our clients, each shift is different. I handle calls from all over and am ready to hop in my car and go to a customer’s business for support at a moment’s notice.
How did you get so savvy with technology? From a very young age, I was interested in building computers. I built my first computer when I was 11 years old. From then on, I’ve enjoyed taking things apart and putting them back together.
Are you an Apple or a Droid fan? When it comes to my mobile devices and gadgets, I go Apple. But I prefer PC’s for my desktops.
Favorite Movie: Spiderman Into the Spider-Verse was a recent movie I watched. I thought it was very creative with so many storylines connected.
Favorite Hobbies: I love music and enjoy playing my guitar. I also write screenplays. I haven’t done anything with them yet. Maybe one day.
Favorite TV show: I love streaming movies but recently I really been into The Expanse on Amazon.
