Meet our new Senior Account Manager.

Perlita Heichlinger joined The City POS at the beginning of April as our new Senior Account Manager. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to share this great addition to our team.

As Senior Account Manager, Perlita is the point person for our sales representatives where she handles Tier 2 Merchant, Point of Sale and Sales Agent support.

Tell us what your background was before joining The City POS team. I worked for 18 years at First Data. I held positions in Customer Service, Compliance and Agent Account Support. It was in this role at The City POS that I came to know The City POS President, Justin Richardson and your team.

What made you decide to make the move from First Data to The City POS? Having the opportunity to work with Justin and the The City POS team at First Data, and seeing first hand their strong work ethic, allowed me to realize I wanted to learn more about the merchant side of the credit card processing business. I knew that I could bring my experience working with various systems and tools to allow for a solid collaboration for both parties.

Outside of Work, What DO You Like to Do?  I’m a homebody. I have two kids and their busy schedule full of activities has us on the go a lot. Whenever I get a chance to hang at home, I do!
