Meet our Client Relations Professional.

Brand new to The City POS team is Client Relations Professional, Connor Dugan.  Just six weeks into his new role, we sat down with him to get the early read on his time with us.

You are brand new to our team, so far so good?: Since joining The City POS team six weeks ago, I have been immersed in meeting the crew, getting to know operations and sales processes and learning our services inside and out. Each person has been incredibly helpful in training and have provided me with a wealth of information.  It has been overall a very warm welcome.

What will you be in handling in this position?  I will be in charge of seeing the work flow process for each client. I will process the application, order equipment and support customers with questions and tutorials.

At first impression, what are you liking most about working at The City POS?   I love the people. Everyone has been very friendly and team oriented. The office is fast paced and the team is great to bounce ideas off of.

How did you join The City POS? I actually worked in Vineyard Management for a winery in Sonoma County. I was looking to move back to Marin County (where I’m from) and switch careers. A mutual friend introduced me to our President, Justin Richardson and the rest is history!

Now that you are back in your hometown, what is your favorite activity to do outside of work? : I love watching the 49ers, Warriors and attending SF Giants games.

Favorite Hobbies: When I can, I try and squeeze in a few snowboarding trips each year. Once its a bit warmer, you can find me surfing in Pacifica or Ocean Beach.

Favorite Meal: Pasta in San Remo, Italy. But for something a little closer to home, you can find me at Buckeye Steakhouse or La Toscana.
